Partner, Libera HR by Crowe BGK, and COO, Crowe BGK, Ingrid Jensen, ACC, brings 25+ years across marketing, HR, and operations. Theatre lead, she guided Crowe’s brand and Crowe Global integration, aligning people strategy with growth, mentoring leaders, pursuing PCC.

Stacey Pantelis, CRHA, joined Libera HR in February 2024. She began as a recruiter in 2018, then HR administrator and P&C Generalist. After leading teams in Dubai across recruitment, payroll, and performance, she now advises Montreal clients. Concordia: Human Relations.

P&C Coordinator, Panagiota supports Libera’s HR team and advisors on internal operations and consulting. Proactive and people-focused, she fosters workplaces. An intern since December 2024, she built adaptable HR skills. A 2024 JMSB BComm (HR) graduate, she earned her CRHA.

Celine Flote is an HR Advisor with eight years of experience. She specializes in recruiting interns and temporary staff, working closely with universities in Montreal and Ottawa. Versatile in HR, she has supported administration, benefits, payroll, and HRIS functions. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Judith Paquin, CRHA, brings 20+ years in HR across pharma, high tech, telecom, and aeronautics. She spent 13 years as VP HR, served on compensation and HR committees, and holds a BBA from HEC Montréal. Bilingual, she offers strategic leadership.

Sophie Grenache, CRHA, has 20+ years in HR across food, pharmaceuticals, and parapublic sectors. She held senior roles, including five years as VP HR at a multinational. She holds UQAM BBA in HR management and Certificate in Accounting; bilingual.
