Natalie Purkhardt, CRHA, ACC, M. ACC, is a Partner at Crowe BGK since 2023 and leads Libera HR. She supports organizations with HR strategy, leadership development, talent management, and organizational restructuring. An ICF-certified coach and CPHR mediator, Natalie provides coaching, training, and strategic advisory services, combining extensive HR expertise with a practical approach to helping leaders and organizations navigate change and achieve their goals.

Ingrid Jensen, ACC, Partner at Libera HR by Crowe BGK and COO of Crowe BGK, brings over 25 years of leadership experience. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, she works with new managers, experienced executives, and leadership teams to navigate challenges and strengthen their effectiveness. Ingrid combines extensive leadership experience with a practical coaching approach focused on helping leaders and teams succeed.

Stacey Pantelis, CRHA, brings diverse HR experience across recruitment, administration, payroll, and performance management. Since beginning her career in recruitment in 2018, she has progressed through generalist and leadership roles, including leading teams in Dubai. Stacey joined Libera HR in 2024 and now advises Montréal clients. She studied Human Relations at Concordia University and brings a practical, well-rounded approach to HR.

Panagiota Panagiotopoulos, CRHA, supports the Libera HR team with internal operations and client consulting. Since joining as an intern in December 2024, she has developed broad HR experience and a proactive, people-focused approach. Panagiota holds a BComm in Human Resource Management from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and earned her CRHA designation following her graduation in 2024.

Celine Flote brings eight years of HR experience, with expertise in recruitment, HR administration, employee benefits, payroll, and HRIS. She specializes in recruiting interns and temporary staff and works closely with universities in Montréal and Ottawa. Celine holds a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and brings a versatile, hands-on approach to supporting organizations and their people.

Judith Paquin, CRHA, brings over 20 years of HR experience across the pharmaceutical, high-tech, telecommunications, and aeronautics sectors. She spent 13 years as a VP of HR and has served on compensation and HR committees. Judith holds a BBA from HEC Montréal. Bilingual, she brings extensive strategic HR and leadership experience to the organizations she supports.

Sophie Grenache, CRHA, brings over 20 years of HR experience across the food, pharmaceutical, and parapublic sectors. She has held senior leadership roles, including five years as VP of HR for a multinational organization. Sophie holds a BBA in Human Resources Management and a Certificate in Accounting from UQAM. Bilingual, she brings extensive strategic and operational HR expertise.
